Is it legal to change into a swimsuit on the beach?

or out of it? If I just want to quickly take off my shorts or take off my swimsuit to change, am I allowed to? or can some1 call the police. Even if i can get in trouble, what are the chances of someone calling the police?

its not illegal unless you expose yourself.

be sure to wrap a towel around your waist as you change to be sure that your privates remain private otherwise you can be charged with indecent exposure. (maintain a tight grip on towel)

As long as you don't parade around exposing yourself to everyone and their brother, I'm sure no one would care if you changed really quickly.

However it's not eactly legal, but it's like littering; no one's gonna report you.

Still, though, why not just wear the shorts to the beach? Or use one of the changing rooms or restrooms most beaches have? That'd work well.

you are totally allowed to do it! i mean if you are standing naked for a while well ppl mite call the cops or just yell at you but just wrap a towel around u and do the old changing trick! :)
